Key Metrics

  • Total RSNC Distributed — How much you've given out
  • Total USD Invested — Your total deposits
  • Unique Customers — How many distinct users earned rewards
  • Revenue Generated — Value from perk claims
  • Customer Engagement Rate — Active users vs. total users

Inventory Alerts

The system monitors your perk supply and warns you when:

  • A perk is running low on supply
  • A perk is trending toward selling out
  • Your RSNC balance is running low

Perk Lifecycle

Track how each perk performs over time:

  • Claim velocity (claims per day/week)
  • Supply remaining
  • Peak claim periods
  • Which perks drive the most engagement

Perk Claims Tracking

View detailed claim data for any perk:

  1. Go to Redeem and open a perk
  2. Click the Claims tab
  3. See: who claimed, when, transaction hash, and total claims

Transaction Events

All activity is logged as transaction events:

Event TypeDescription

distributionRSNC awarded to a user
perk_claimUser redeemed a perk
sellbackRSNC returned (if applicable)

Tips

  • Check Capital Efficiency regularly — a high percentage means users are actively redeeming perks, which indicates strong engagement
  • Use inventory alerts to restock popular perks before they sell out
  • Compare metrics across time periods to spot trends
  • If distribution is high but redemption is low, consider adjusting perk prices or adding more appealing perks
